In order to complete part two of the application, we'll need you review the truth® Vision Board Participant Terms and Conditions below. If all looks good to you, check the required "Yes, I Accept" box at the bottom of the page.
Once submitted, you'll get an email with Part 2 to complete.
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all individuals selected as members of the truth® Vision Board:
1. I understand that all non-public information and/or materials disclosed to me as a member of the truth® Vision Board, whether disclosed to me in writing, orally, graphically, electronically or in any other form, is highly confidential and constitutes the proprietary materials of Truth Initiative (“collectively, “Confidential Information”). I will maintain all such Confidential Information disclosed to me in the strictest confidence and will not disclose or reveal any Confidential Information to any third party without first receiving Truth Initiative’s prior written consent to do so. I understand that a violation of these confidentiality terms may be grounds for Truth Initiative to immediately terminate my participation in the truth® Vision Board. I further understand that Truth Initiative reserves all of its rights to enforce these confidentiality terms at law and/or in equity, including, without limitation, the rights to seek monetary damages and/or to obtain injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. If selected to join the truth® Vision Board, I may be asked to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement as a condition of my participation on the truth® Vision Board.
2. Should I be selected to join the truth® Vision Board, I hereby grant to Truth Initiative, exclusively and in perpetuity, all rights, title and interest in and to any ideas, concepts, statements, suggestions or other creative materials that I offer, express, communicate or otherwise convey in connection with my participation on the truth® Vision Board (individually and collectively, “Participant Materials”). I understand that Truth Initiative may, in its sole discretion, utilize any or all of my Participant Materials without further authorization from me and for any lawful purpose(s) now known or hereinafter devised, in furtherance of its charitable mission.
3. If selected to join the truth® Vision Board, I agree to :
Further, I agree not to do any of the following in my capacity as a member of the truth® Vision Board, if selected:
a. participate in any harassment of any kind;
b. vilify or personally attack any person, company, and group of companies
or governmental agency;
c. participate in any lobbying or political activities; and
d. exhibit any behavior that violates any applicable federal, state or local law
or regulation.
