AZ truth Ambassador – Izabela Gutierrez

As a passionate advocate for youth protection, Izabela has dedicated much of her time to addressing the dangers that commercial tobacco poses to young people. Her journey began with hands-on experience working undercover with the FDA and the Arizona Attorney General's Office to enforce underage tobacco laws. This work sparked her interest in the tobacco industry and its impact on public health. Izabela says, “my faith has led me to boldly pursue opportunities to create meaningful change in this area, including serving as a truth Ambassador to protect and educate youth, as well as drive policy changes for their future.” Izabela is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in journalism at Northern Arizona University.
