We want to hear from you.

Give us your take – why do you think JUUL should be held accountable?

For their shady past marketing tactics? Or teaming up with Big Tobacco despite saying they definitely were "not Big Tobacco?" Or helping cause a full-on vaping epidemic? Or... ok, you get it.

The Background

Even as the evidence stacks against them, JUUL continues to stick to their same old lame story about how they "never intended" for teens to use their products. Well, if only that were enough to fix the problem... but it's not.

Regardless of what their intentions were or are, a large number of teens now use JUUL. And no one — not even JUUL — knows its long term effects. Bottom line: They irresponsibly advertised a product without knowing what it would do to people's health, and they have to face the consequences.

JUUL is finally being held accountable for their actions. And we're here for it. But we need your help to keep the pressure mounting.

JUUL and vaping are Horrible for your lungs and the TRUTH is that they are just as bad as cigarettes.

I am currently in recovery from many addictions, at 17. I have finally found my personal drive for sobriety. I was madly addicted to the JUUL. Nicotine is still one of the hardest substances for me to tell myself I don’t want. Seeing kids JUULing in class and talking about their love for it is very difficult. In my town it is more difficult to find someone who is not addicted to or using the JUUL than someone who is. It is usually assumed that you have at least tried it. I am constantly scared that I will relapse and use the JUUL one more time and be unable to stop again. I wish it doesn’t exist, for my own health and everyone else’s. I am terrified for my young brother, that he will try it.

JUUL has literally admitted they're pretty much just "testing on us humans" smh - #DITCHJUUL

I think juul should be held accountable for its actions because I was 15 years old and addicted to nicotine. I know a 12 year old who had a juul. the TRUTH is that no teenager should be exposed to nicotine at such an early age.

Juuling is just as bad as cigs, I saw a close family friend who vaped all summer and eventually her lung collapsed. Truth.

I JUST HONESTLY THINK THAT JUUL MANUFACTURERS, LIKE ALL OTHER TOBACCO COMPANIES SUCH AS PHILLIP MORRIS AND R.J. REYNOLDS, KNOWINGLY AND UNAPOLOGETICALLY MANUFACTURER THEIR PRODUCTS FOR ONLY ONE REASON- PROFIT- DESPITE THE FACT THAT COUNTLESS NUMBERS OF PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN SERIOUSLY AFFECTED PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FROM THEIR SMELLY, TOXIC, POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS, LIFE-THREATENING PRODUCTS. THAT'S WHY I HONESTLY HOPE THAT ONE DAY IN THE NEAR FUTURE THAT ALL TOBACCO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES AND JUUL- BE BANNED FOR GOOD!!! IF NOT, AT LEAST LET THE MANUFACTURERS BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED AS IT MUST BE A FELONY TO MANUFACTURE DANGEROUS PRODUCTS FOR ALWAYS!!!

A generation that almost eradicated it. Just to come back in a fiercer form to our young. To then be addicted and introduced to other things when that high is no longer sufficient. #save our youth

There is a misconception that vaping is “less harmful” than cigarettes. THATS BULL! Vaping is horrible for your health.

I watched the CEO of JUUL testify before a House Committe on TV admitting this product contained as much nicotine as a pack of cigarettes. That's astounding! Our kids are his target!!!

JUUL is targeting and testing on children for money. It’s sick.
