Less mandatory summer reading list, more adventure. Maybe the prequel to The Hunger Games? Or something involving six feet of social distance (and love).

TAKE A WALK

Sometimes putting one foot in front of the other for 25 minutes is just what we need. If it's raining, take an umbrella. If it's sunny, put on sunscreen. If you have a cute dog, take them with (and send us a picture!).

DO YOGA

Take a moment (of zen). Stretch out and reset. We have yoga poses to relieve anxiety, but you can also find every possible yoga flow on YouTube. You don't have to be the best yogi that ever downward-dogged – just give it a go.

WRITE A LETTER
